Khojguru: A one of its kind search engine

Khojguru is an Indian search engine which is very unique and one of its kind. It’s a brain child of a small startup based in Delhi.
Now you don’t have to look into yellow pages and search for places near by you. Just login to khojguru and search whatever you want.
The term khoj is a Hindi term which means “search”. It also has a punch line which says “isko sab pata hai” which is also a hindi term which means “he knows every thing”

It’s not just a simple search engine. It also provides each and every detail about your search.

For example:

If you search for Chinese it will list all the Chinese restaurants nearby.
And when you click on a desired result you will find more details about the restaurant which includes their ratelist, menus, location, phone numbers etc.

Just imagine you want to buy any grocery item you just need to do a search and you will get a list of all the grocery shops nearby you included with their rate. Life will become so easy.

Or you can search for a movie and you will get the names of the places where the movie has been screened, show timings and the ticket cost. Cool Isn’t it.

Apart from detailed search results their search is not confined to exclusive vendors. You can find an exclusive restaurant to a road side Dhaba.

Unfortunately this wonderful service is confined only to Gurgaon. But it they are coming soon with this service for other cities like Delhi, Bangalore etc.
All in all this looks like an amazing initiative. A great package fueled by good and fast searches with a solid data bank. Just give it a try and you will know. It’s Khojguru - isko sab pata hai!

You can also check the khojguru blog or you can visit the Jayant’s, kapil’s and Sunil’s blog to know more about khojguru.

I Came, I Saw, I Wrote

So finally after avoiding it for a long time I jumped into the Ocean of Blogs.

In fact I am forced to Blog

Blog is a medium where you express your thoughts and feelings about a particular issues, product, people etc. It’s a place where you have the total freedom of speech.
So how can a person write a blog if he or she has noting to speak?

Well if u look around the net you will see, there are lots of people writing useless blogs. People have made blogs as their online diary. For them diary is no more personal as it used to be.

The role of blogs has become increasingly mainstream. If you look around your self you will see everybody is blogging. People are using it as a tool for forcing their openion to the public. Or you can say its some thing what every body is doing in their daily life.

Every body in my office has a blog except me. Somewhere I felt out of place among all of them. So I couldn,t stop stop my self from blogging.

Special thanx to Amit, Jon, Rashmi and Kapil who inspired me to write my first blog.
